Processing time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships — or check Track Your Order any time.

Shipping costs

Exact shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

International orders

We ship worldwide. Any applicable duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected on delivery.

Returns

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Certain items (sale items, gift cards, and a few other categories) aren't eligible — see our full Refund Policy for details.
